ANNOUNCING THE THIRD DAY AND STEVEN CURTIS CHAPMAN TOUR – TWO LEGENDS AS ONE BAND FOR ONE UNFORGETTABLE NIGHT OF MUSIC

Three Dates Just Added To 15-Date Spring Tour, Tickets On Sale Now

NASHVILLE, TENN. – (22 FEBRUARY 2016) – Multi platinum-selling and GRAMMY® Award-winning artists Steven Curtis Chapman and THIRD DAY are set to share the stage this spring. Announced by Awakening Events and presented by Food For The Hungry, the 15-date tour will kick off in Little Rock, AR on April 14 and conclude in Cincinnati, OH on May 7. This unique tour will be the first time THIRD DAY and Chapman will share the stage together as one group, performing each other’s hits and making it an unforgettable night of music.

Ticket pre-sales are already surpassing expectations, thanks to the fans who are expressing their support and excitement for this new concert experience. The official tour schedule is listed below.

“I can’t tell you all how excited I am to be a part of a ‘first time ever’ tour experience with my buds from Third Day,” shares Chapman. “Something we’ve been dreaming and talking about for years is finally happening… Third Day as my band and me as a member of Third Day…a true ‘come together’ experience for the both of us! It’s gonna be a very special night for us and for the audience that gets to experience it with us.”

THIRD DAY’s Mac Powell adds, “We have done shows together in the past, but this will be the first time that we are actually on a full tour together. But the thing that I’m most excited about for this tour is I don’t think anything like this has been done in the Christian marketplace where a solo artist and band got together and were onstage the whole time together playing each other’s songs. That is what is so intriguing and attractive about this whole thing.”

Tickets for all of the tour dates are on sale now. For more information and to purchase tickets please visit THIRDDAY.com or StevenCurtisChapman.com.
