CAIN – Live And In Color Tour

Bell Shoals Church, Brandon, FL – October 24, 2025

On Friday, October 24, Bell Shoals Baptist Church in Brandon, Florida, came alive with vibrant color, contagious joy, and heartfelt worship as CAIN’s Live and In Color Tour made its stop in the Tampa Bay area. The evening was much more than a concert—it was an encounter with hope, healing, and the reminder that we truly can make it through Christ.

Before the show, VIP guests were treated to a special Q&A session hosted by the always-encouraging Annie F. Downs. Fans had the opportunity to hear directly from CAIN about their musical journey and influences. Logan shared about their love for classic CCM artists like Rich Mullins and Steven Curtis Chapman, a nod that resonated deeply with longtime Christian music fans. One of the most touching moments came when my daughter Lorelai—an aspiring singer/songwriter herself—asked the trio a question about songwriting. The siblings responded with genuine encouragement, pouring into her with wisdom and kindness that she won’t soon forget.

Following the Q&A, guests enjoyed an intimate time of worship featuring songs like “Great Are You Lord,” setting a beautiful tone for the evening. The VIP experience also included a free “color of the day” shirt—green for the Tampa Bay stop, inspired by USF’s school colors and the band’s playful city-by-city color themes—along with a lanyard and tote bag. Meeting the CAIN siblings afterward was the perfect start to what would be a powerful night of worship.

The concert opened with Caleb & John, whose energetic blend of rock and country influences got the crowd on their feet. With songs like “Finished,” “Missing Jesus,” and “Hallelujah Feeling,” their harmonies, guitar work, and even a touch of harmonica brought a joyful start to the evening.

Next came Jon Reddick, whose piano-driven worship led the audience into a deep sense of reverence. Between songs, he shared stories of faith, family, and perseverance—reflecting on his seven kids, his journey through healing, and his heart for worship. His powerful performance of “Don’t Fight Alone,” “I Choose You,” and his well-known hit “No Fear” reminded everyone that God’s presence overcomes every obstacle.

After a lighthearted Family Feud-style game hosted by Annie F. Downs and a moving message from Jason Barton (33Miles) on behalf of World Vision, the stage was set for CAIN’s main performance.

From the opening notes of “Rise Up (Lazarus),” the energy in the room was undeniable. Taylor, Madison, and Logan filled the sanctuary with their signature harmonies and infectious joy. The full house sang along to every lyric, from “The Commission” to “Made for Heaven,” and even a fun mashup of “Trouble” with The Beatles’ “Come Together.” The group’s live vocals were stellar, and the retro color palette of green lights and backdrops made the experience visually stunning.

Midway through, CAIN took requests from the audience, performing a few songs in acoustic and a cappella form—an impressive display of their raw vocal talent. The worship portion that followed included “Holy Forever,” “Gratitude,” “Trust in God,” and “Agnus Dei,” with Annie Downs sharing a heartfelt word about hope that led into an altar moment that touched countless lives.

It was during this altar time that something unforgettable happened. My daughter Lorelai went forward for prayer, and Logan Cain prayed over her personally—a moment she later told me she would never forget. After facing significant personal challenges, that prayer was a reminder that God still sees her, still has purpose for her, and still writes her story. As Jon Reddick led worship, it became clear that this was more than music—it was ministry.

CAIN closed their set with “I Made It,” a song that felt like a declaration of victory for everyone in the room, followed by their chart-topping anthem “I’m So Blessed.” The joyful finale had the entire audience singing and dancing, celebrating together what God has done.

Walking out of Bell Shoals that night, I couldn’t help but reflect on how special it is to experience concerts like this in a church setting—up close, personal, and Spirit-filled. CAIN’s Live and In Color Tour truly lives up to its name, filling hearts with faith, joy, and the reminder that we are all part of something beautiful and vibrant in Christ.

If you have the opportunity to catch CAIN when they come to your area, don’t miss it. You’ll laugh, you’ll worship, you’ll be moved—and you just might leave with a little more hope than you came with.
