Jeremy Rosado – The Waiting Room Album Release Concert

Twelve Church, Port Richey, FL – July 13, 2025

This past Sunday night marked something incredibly special for Jeremy Rosado — a sold-out celebration of his brand-new project, The Waiting Room, and his debut release with Capitol Christian Music Group. Held at Twelve Church in Port Richey, Florida, the event was the first of two back-to-back album release parties. Though the setting was modest — an intimate venue tucked at the end of a local strip mall plaza — it proved to be the perfect space to host a heartfelt and authentic night surrounded by close friends, family, and loyal fans.

The venue held around 150 people at most, creating a family-style atmosphere that elevated the emotional weight of the evening. From the moment the doors opened for VIP entry, it was clear this night wasn’t just about music — it was about story, legacy, faith and community.

Jeremy kicked things off with a stripped-down version of his lead single, “Waiting Room,” offering personal insight into the song’s powerful bridge and the meaning behind the lyrics. This VIP moment, which included a short Q&A, set the tone for an evening rooted in transparency and testimony. (For a deeper dive into the stories behind the album, check out our full interview with Jeremy down below).

Throughout the night, Jeremy opened his heart in a way only he can — unapologetically emotional, deeply authentic and filled with purpose. One of the most memorable moments was his tribute to his parents, who were present in the crowd. For his dad, Jeremy delivered a stunning, emotional rendition of “Because You Loved Me,” sharing how his father was his unwavering support during his “American Idol” journey and beyond. There wasn’t a dry eye in the room.

He also performed a heartfelt version of “Nothing,” seamlessly interweaving Spanish lyrics as heard in the Spanish rendition “Nada,” showcasing both his cultural roots and vocal versatility.

Jeremy spoke passionately about his partnership with Compassion International, something he’s now able to highlight more prominently as a headliner. Even the event’s intro video moved him to tears — another reminder of just how genuine and heartfelt he truly is.

The evening was filled with surprises — including a birthday celebration for Jeremy’s mom, whose birthday was the very next day. He brought her on stage, led the crowd in a sweet rendition of “Happy Birthday,” and surprised her with cake.

Another fun moment included an interactive giveaway: a hidden sticker under one guest’s chair awarded them one of every merch item on display. Later, Jeremy threw out a trivia question about his previous collaboration with Blanca on an album with a red cover. I happened to know the album — Heartbeat, which I had the privilege of helping promote during his indie season with Save the City Records — but I blanked on the song title. My daughter Lorelai guessed “Nada,” which wasn’t correct, but Jeremy gave her the prize anyway. She walked away with an armful of merch and a heart full of joy. It was her friend Bella’s very first Christian concert — and by the end of the night, Jeremy had gained a brand-new fan.

Later in the night, Jeremy pulled the crowd into a TikTok reel for his song “Come and See,” dancing and singing with us in the aisles. We hope to share that clip soon!

After the show, Jeremy made time to meet and greet every person in the room. For me, having known and supported him for years, it was a beautiful moment of reconnection. We also spent a few minutes chatting pre-show about his journey, and I was reminded again just how much heart and humility he carries behind the scenes.

This wasn’t just an album release — it was a milestone. It marked more than a decade of faith, resilience and perseverance. And knowing Jeremy, it’s just the beginning. With The Waiting Room, he’s delivered an album filled with honesty and hope — and after this weekend, it’s clear he’s got much more to share.

Stay tuned to this page for more videos from the evening coming soon. In the meantime, be sure to stream The Waiting Room, check out our interview, and keep your eyes on Jeremy Rosado. God’s just getting started with him.
