NASHVILLE, Tenn. – GRAMMY®-nominated artist Pat Barrett eagerly awaits the release of his new live album, Break Open, releasing one month from today on March 13th. Today, Barrett releases the title track “Break Open,” along with a live video of the recording captured at Big Church Day Out in August 2025 in the UK. Break Open is the live expression of Pat Barrett’s latest studio album, I’ve Got A Fire. While recording the album, Barrett found himself continually anticipating the moment he could sing these deeply meaningful songs in a room filled with people. What he didn’t realize at the time was that the first live experience would become one of his favorite musical memories. Capturing that long-awaited moment, Break Open features many tracks from I’ve Got A Fire, bringing their full range of joy and depth to life with a new energy that only a live setting can create.
