PROVO, Utah – April 25, 2025 – Angel, the film & TV platform curated by over one million members of the Angel Guild, is thrilled to announce the release of a gripping new trailer for its Angel Original series Testament. The highly anticipated series, created by Paul Syrstad, will premiere on Pentecost, June 8, 2025, exclusively on the Angel platforms.

Testament is a bold, modern retelling of the Book of Acts of the Apostles. Featuring a stellar cast, the series brings to life the early days of the Christian church with powerful performances, rich storytelling, and a contemporary lens that resonates with audiences today. The series stars Eben Figueiredo as Saul, Charlie Beaven as Stephen, Mogali Masuku as Mary of Magdala, Tom Simper as Peter, Stuart Scudamore as Gamaliel, and Yasmin Paige as Mara.
