PROVIDENT MUSIC GROUP RECEIVES INDUSTRY LEADING 49 GMA DOVE AWARD NOMINATIONS
NASHVILLE, TENN. (AUGUST 08, 2018) – The Provident Music Group family of artists, labels, songwriters and publishers are pleased to announce they received an industry leading 49 GMA Dove Award nominations. All nominees were announced today via Facebook Live for the 49th Annual GMA Dove Awards, which will be held on Tuesday, October 16 in Nashville, TN at Lipscomb University’s Allen Arena. TBN will air the awards on Sunday, October 21.
The top Provident Music Group nominees are Tauren Wells, who also leads the industry, with seven nominations (including Song of the Year, Songwriter – Artist, New Artist, Pop/Contemporary Album, Contemporary Christian Artist, Pop/Contemporary Recorded Song, Rap/Hip-Hop Recorded Song) and Zach Williams with six (Artist of the Year, Songwriter – Artist, Song of the Year, Pop/Contemporary Recorded Song, Contemporary Christian Artist, Bluegrass/Country/ Roots Recorded Song) and RCA Inspiration’s Travis Greene received three nominations (Gospel Artist, Urban Worship Recorded Song, Urban Worship Album).
