NEW YORK, NY / LOS ANGELES, CA (September 4, 2026) – In anticipation of the theatrical release of Daniel and the Fiery Furnace on September 18, a new single by Trevor McNevan, titled “Walk Thru Fire” featuring GRAMMY®-winning music artist TobyMac, debuts today, September 4.  Featured in the film’s end credits, the song is written by Trevor McNevan and produced by Micah Kuiper and Trevor McNevan. A “Walk Thru Fire” music video will follow on September 11.

“It was such a thrill to be part of the Daniel movie and to create a song for such a powerful story. Getting to bring music into a moment like this, with a message that means so much to me personally, was a real honor. I’m incredibly grateful to be a small part of it,” said Trevor McNevan.

“We grew up listening to the band DC Talk and attended their concerts, becoming lifelong TobyMac fans. To have him write original music with Trevor McNevan for Daniel and the Fiery Furnace is unbelievable. ‘Walk Thru Fire’ is an incredible anthem that will remind audiences around the world to stand for truth,” said filmmakers Matthew and Daniel Kooman.

Additionally, a Music From and Inspired by the Motion Picture Daniel and the Fiery Furnace soundtrack will be released wherever music is sold on the film’s premiere day, September 18. The soundtrack brings together a line-up of Christian artists whose songs reflect the film’s themes of courage, conviction and faith under pressure.
