Singer, songwriter, and worship pastor, Cory Carnes, had his newest album release, Firm Foundation (Live), today. The name of Jesus is praised, and the Good News message is shared in song. There is no denying that. Several of the songs are ones I have heard before and enjoyed hearing again; others I was not acquainted with. Some of the songs I enjoyed are below.
BE GLAD (LIVE) is a great song to shake off the dust of the day and prepare to hear and sing of the Lord’s faithfulness and goodness. ”Give thanks to the Lord, His love endures forever. Give praise to the Lord…”
CALL ON THE NAME (LIVE) is a cry out to Jesus in surrender.
GREAT ARE YOU LORD (JAG) (LIVE) is an amazing “pour out your praise” song.
Each person has to listen for themselves to see if the music appeals to them. I found that some songs on Firm Foundation (Live) really caught my attention, and others were not my style.
