Vertical Church Band ‘Frontiers’

Associated with Harvest Bible Chapel’s worship ministry, Vertical Church Band’s original songs are being sung during services in many churches across the country & around the world. Vertical Church Band consists of several talented vocalists who serve as worship leaders including Meredith Andrews, Jon Guerra, Andi Rozier, Kyle Fredericks, Lauren Smith, Tara Stutes and Gabe Finochio. Frontiers showcases many of them as they perform a collection of songs that bring Christians together in worship & praise to God.

“1000 Tongues” sets the tone for the rest of the album with a song of unity amongst those gathered to sing of the wonders of the Lord.

“This We Know” reaffirms the promises of Jesus and proclaims our belief in Him & His Word through our faith.

“Your Mercy” tells of the life changing, healing power of God’s mercy. Even when we are so underserving of it, His love, kindness and grace is given to all who accept it from Him.

“Let Everything” draws from the words of Psalm 150 which calls upon everything in creation that has breath to praise the Lord for His mighty works.

“More Than I Deserve” recognizes that we are far from being worthy of God’s grace & faithfulness and the gift of His love and eternal life through belief in Jesus are far more fulfilling than any riches or gifts this world can give.

The title track, “Frontiers”, closes the album and is also one of the highlights. The song is a prayer for God to lead us to the end of ourselves and into something greater where we can reach our full potential in Him allowing His love to overcome all of our fears. It also acknowledges God’s unceasing faithfulness to us even when we are unfaithful and stray from Him.

As whole, Frontiers, gives listeners what they expect to hear when they choose a worship album – songs of praise and prayers to be drawn closer to God and away from the things that hinder our walk with Him. Set to soaring musical arrangements recorded in front of a live audience, Vertical Church’s latest release is a good addition to your worship music collection.
