MARi ‘Have Yourself A MARi Little Christmas’

Looking for something to bring a little warmth to your holiday? Look no further than MARi. Five zesty Christmas songs make up her new holiday EP, Have Yourself a MARi Little Christmas.

Her version of “Feliz Navidad” is carried along on a pulsing beat that makes it a surprisingly interesting holiday addition to your workout play list. The track also includes lyrics from “We Wish You A Merry Christmas”.

“Maria Sabias Que”, the Spanish version of “Mary Did You Know”, has a romantic flavor to it, despite its short duration and swift pace. It could have done without the Chipmunks making a guest appearance, though (you’ll hear what I mean).

Spanish lyrics continue in “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas” which falls slowly like snow drifting down from the sky, with vocals that could melt it before it touches the ground.

“Oh Christmas Tree” turns the familiar ode to festive foliage into a bilingual party song you can dance around the living room to.

“Carol of the Bells” brings a loud, jazzy, and fun vibe to the carol.

Whether you’re spending Christmas in the tropical sunshine or just wish you were, MARi’s merry take on Christmas will make you feel as though you’re miles away from the snow, ice, and freezing cold temperatures.
